Organisational and Staff Development Unit (OSDU) offers a range of personal and professional development opportunities to all staff. From six-month cohort programmes to half-day workshops and online courses, our provision is regularly refreshed to keep it current, relevant and aligned to 吃瓜tv鈥檚 vision and values.
