Active input into development of talent engagement programme for digital health and care sector in Scotland
The centre provided insight in workshops conducted by , alongside other industry experts, on how to attract and retain talent into the digital health and care sector in Scotland. Feedback from workshops will help outline work packages in a national talent recruitment and training programme, aimed at increasing attractiveness and visibility of career opportunities in the sector to both existing staff and new talent from other sectors.
