Congratulations to Samuel Smith for winning one of the Best Poster prizes at the . Samm's presentation of "Development of an Additively Manufactured Compact Cold-Atom Fountain Clock" was selected by judges as best in the category Microwave Frequency Standards. Samm is a PhD student in the UMQT group in the Dept of Physics at 勛圖tv and leads the project on developing a compact and scalable clock for long holdover applications.
