Personal statement

I am a lecturer in the department of Work, Organisation and Employment, specialising in employment relations and human resource management. My research interests are centred upon labour process theory. I have a particular interest in HRM and employment relations in the space sector, skills in hospitality and retail work, line managers' role in HRM, skills ecosystems, and labour migration.

Prior to joining ³Ô¹Ïtv Business School, I have held lectureships at the University of Stirling and Queen Margaret University. I have coordinated a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules and was programme director of the MSc HRM in Stirling Management School.
