Personal statement

I am a lecturer in the department of Work, Organisation and Employment, specialising in employment relations and human resource management. My research interests are centred upon labour process theory. I have a particular interest in HRM and employment relations in the space sector, skills in hospitality and retail work, line managers' role in HRM, skills ecosystems, and labour migration.

Prior to joining 吃瓜tv Business School, I have held lectureships at the University of Stirling and Queen Margaret University. I have coordinated a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules and was programme director of the MSc HRM in Stirling Management School. 聽
