Personal statement

Marion is a qualified pharmacist who graduated from The Robert Gordon's University with a BSc in Pharmacy followed by a MSc in Clinical Pharmacy at the Universtiy of ³Ô¹Ïtv.  She obtained an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Teaching from the University of Leeds.

She holds a senior joint appointment with the NHS in Scotland as Chief Pharmacist, Public Health and intelligence, National Services Scotland which provides national and specialist services across Scotland. In 2008 Marion took up a 50% appointment as Professor of Pharmacy Practice in SIPBS.

The aim of CMOP-PHS is to better understand the real world outcomes of cancer medicines for cancer patients in Scotland. The project is a collaboration between the ³Ô¹Ïtv, Public Health Scotland and the NHS Health Boards.
