Research Interests

Stroke rehabilitation. Developing and evaluating low-cost rehabilitation interventions for adults who have survived a stroke. These interventions are aimed at improving upper limb function, physical activity levels and cognitive abilities.Ìý

Ageing.ÌýÌýAge-related changes in perceptuo-motor control and the extent to which perceived movement abilities change the activities older adults engage in. Ìý

Modelling the timing of body movements.ÌýÌýDeveloping and testing the tau-guideÌýmodel of the timing of motor actions. Exploring the extent to which the temporal control of movement is similar to other forms of timing such as the perception of a time interval.
